Live data, odds, event information and third-party feeds can be delayed, incomplete, suspended, corrected or unavailable. Ball46 may modify, suspend or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, data availability or service development.
5. No reliance on a fixed price
Any price or line shown is time-sensitive. Ball46 does not promise that the same price, line or market will be available when a user visits a third-party operator.
6. Intellectual property
Ball46 branding, original presentation, proprietary rule logic, internal methodology, software and original content are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to non-public systems, interfere with service operation or misuse content in violation of applicable rights.
7. Third-party services
External services are operated independently. Their terms, account rules, settlement rules, pricing, availability and regulatory status are their responsibility. A link from Ball46 does not transfer control of those services to Ball46.
